What we get asked the most about Wilki and its integrations.
Wilki connects to ChatGPT through MCP using your account credentials. The whole process takes a couple of minutes:
- In Wilki, go to Contracted services and regenerate the Client Secret. Copy it as soon as it appears — for security reasons it is shown only once. Copy the Client ID and the connection URL too.
- In ChatGPT, open Settings and go to Plugins.
- Turn on Developer mode.
- Inside Plugins, go to browse plugins and choose Add.
- Fill in the plugin details: the Wilki icon, the name, the Connection field with the connection URL, and the Client ID and Client Secret you copied in step 1.
- ChatGPT will ask you to authorize the connection: log in to Wilki and accept.
- That's it. You can now ask ChatGPT about your operation and it will answer with your Wilki data.
If you regenerate the secret again later, the previous connection stops working: you will need to update it in ChatGPT as well.
In Wilki, under Contracted services. The Client ID is always visible; the Client Secret is shown only once, right after you regenerate it. If you lost it, generate a new one and update it in the client where you are using it.
Yes. Wilki exposes its connection through MCP (Model Context Protocol), so it works with any compatible client: ChatGPT, Claude, or other agents. The procedure is the same — generate the credentials in Contracted services and register them in the client you use.
At app.wilki.ai, with your account username and password. If you can't get in, write to us choosing I need help and we'll look into it with you.
No. Wilki connects to your current systems — including legacy ones — without replacing them, and it also lets you record and manage directly the information that today doesn't live in any system.
Yes. Wilki allows offline access by PIN so you can record events and observations in the field. When the device gets internet again, the captured information syncs automatically with the operation.
